Every Nelson Canine Co. collar and leash is handcrafted in British Columbia using premium Biothane® and solid metal hardware.
We proudly stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your product experiences a manufacturing defect under normal use, we'll repair or replace it after reviewing your claim.
What Is Covered
Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:
- Defective hardware
- Stitching or assembly defects
- Material or workmanship defects occurring under normal use.
- Failures resulting from workmanship
What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Chewing
- Accidents or misuse
- Normal cosmetic wear
- Improper care or modification
- Loss or theft
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please email us at hello@nelsoncanine.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
We'll review your claim and respond as quickly as possible.
