Every Nelson Canine Co. collar and leash is handcrafted to order in British Columbia, Canada, using premium BioThane® and solid metal hardware.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made before it ships.
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Returns & Exchanges
Each Nelson Canine Co. collar and leash is handcrafted in British Columbia using premium Biothane® and solid metal hardware. Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, chewing, or accidents
Please double-check your dog's neck measurements before placing your order. If you're unsure which size is best, we're always happy to help before you purchase.
Manufacturing Defects
If your product experiences a manufacturing defect under normal use, it's covered by our Lifetime Warranty.
